Help in to quashing the false casr

Respected sir,

I filed a dowry case under sectiin 498A/406/307/326 and 125 maintenance case , D.V.ACT 2005 against O.P.
After TWO YEARS of filing the above case my client recived a warrant that She and her family members committed an offence U/S 380 in her matrimonal home .
After collecting the certify copy I knew the fact that when she went her matrimonal home to collected her stridhan property along with police undet section 406 of that matter the O.P.lawyer made a crime.
1) The other thing is that it is a court complaint case U/S 200 crpc and in the accused list police nsme and lawyer name ,police vehicle in accused list and we all by forcely took the stridhan property with the help of local police but magistrate took the cognizance only my client and her family members only.
After that I grant the bail of my client and her family members.
2) Sir I want to tell you that it is a totally false and fabricated case made by O.P.lawyer.
3) The other fact is that the name of my cluents member is mention in accused list all are student and busy in attending the Exam of B.A. HONS of same day i.e. place of occurnace date .
4) the case is filling after two month of date of occurace of the offence.
5) he filed case just for harrases my client.

5) Sir it is a INTER STATE MATTER , my client are live in BENGAl and O.P. in BIHAR nd the distance of both house 500 k.m to each other.

HELP.
SIR can I go for QUASHING?
CAN I go for criminal revission the case?

Please SUGEST SOME STEPS TO ME THAT I CAN FIGHT THE CASE.
