SAINATH DEVALLA (Expert) 29 December 2015
Appeals against the judgements and orders of the family court are heard in the High Court.
Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 29 December 2015
If it is passed by magistrate then the Revision lies in Sessions court or in high court.
If it is passed by Family Court then only high court has jurisdiction.
In most cases while admission of revision the higher court puts conditional stay of operation of order assailed therein by directing you to continue the payment of maintenance at an interim amount as fixed by it.

Court may direct to pay / deposit and the orders has to be carried accordingly.
