You may submit the written complaint beofre the bank officials and establishe your statments by cogent evidence. They will accept you submission if not may proceed before the Consumer Foruym personaly or throug the advocate to reconcile the matter and you are able to demand the compensation also.

You have to prove your claim through reliable documentary evidence otherwise you are sufferer as there is no scope before any court of consumer forum without having any cogent documentary evidence.

Manish all such private banks count currency packets under camera survillence, in case of any objection by any customer the video footage is shown.

you make a demand to the bank, if they dont oblige then approach Banking Ombudsman of the concerned area.

you may take help of some local lawyer to get the application drafted.

you are making allegation, the onus is upon bank to disprove ur allegation.

Dear Mr. Kiran,

I am very much sure that i have deposited the complete amount. But i got to know from a call from there customer care that they have checked with there camera taps and they have found only Rs. 5000.
I have only the slip of diposit. That shows the amount we have feed at the time of deposit with transaction no.
Then what shoud i do..?

Regards,
Manish

Dear Mr. Makkad,

Please suggest what is the cogent evidence in such cases. When we only have the deposit slip which shows the amount we have feed in the ATM machine at the time of deposit the amount.

Regards,
Manish
