Property issue

Hii...actually we having property on my grandpa's name.he is no more now.till date my uncle is using this property,whn my papa asked for his part ,he refused to give.wht v hv to do nw??

It is believed that you are Hindu.
If it was self acquired property of Grandfather and he did not leave a valid WILL during his lifetime then you father has equal share.


If it is ancestral property then your father has an equal share.


Involve elders and neutral persons and try for amicable settlement.

If amicable (registered) family settlement is not possible then your father may approach court of law for partition and also pray for injunction on alienation and disposal of the property.

Approach an able counsel specializing in family/property/revenue/civil matters.
