Withholding my dues and other dues

Respected Sir/Madam
My queries is that I worked for the publication company 8 months. From the month of Jan 2014 to April 2014 and they have with hold my all dues with include my Ta/Da, PF,Salary. And in 22 April company sent me termination without any prior information and
I have also surrendered all the items back which I received from the company end. When I talked to the Asst. Hr of company she said that Regional Manager will sign all the things of yours and then only we can do anything and also i called up her many times but no satisfactory answers she gave and above that when she talked with the RM she said that I was disturbing her. So now what should I do for claiming my earnings.

You are not disturbing her at all!
is she authorized signatory/competent employee for statutory obligations like PF?
You may narrate (mention dates/time,names, brief description etc) all representations in writing under proper acknowledgment to good offices of appointing authority, MD, Chairman and demand all service related documents and payments etc t be supplied within say next 7 days.
If good offices also do not provide any relief you may proceed further under expert guidance your able counsel.

It seems you have mentioned wrong dates.
Send e-mail and registered letter for your claim followed by legal notice. In case of no response file complaint with the labor officer / department.

Thanks to both of you sir for your concerns and also sir Rm for his personal interest his not singing the noc and also the old Ta/Da of mine in that respect what steps should I take or do
