Anulling marriage

I got married on 20.5.2015 but on 11.06.2015 she got back to his parents stating that she was emotionally blackmailed my her parents to marry me. Later her parents asked me to wait for 2 months for changing her mind but on 2.09.2015 she told she will take care of life and will not come back. So if now I apply for nullity of marriage then how much time required and what is the process?

Also she have given this in 20 rs. Stamp paper that she moved out of my house on 11.06.2015 due to her disinterest in this marriage.

Sir,
On what ground you are thinking yo file for annulment of marriage?
I mean she can file on force but you don't have any ground for annulment.

has this been clarified in the said affidavit?
or else
the moment you move for divorce (not nullity) marriage on ground of desertion (for which you have to give notice of RCR). FIR will be registered against you (and family) for dowry demand a soon as you give RCR notice [this website is full of such cases].
If she can be compelled to get married without her intention then sha can be easily compelled to say what her family wants her to say against you.

If she is interested, file Mutual consent Divorce after one year of the marriage.

If she agrees, it is better to go for mutual consent divorce after one year of the marriage.
If not, it is possible for getting divorce on the ground of "Willful desertion or abandonment of the petitioner by the spouse, for a continuous period of two years, before the date of the filing for divorce."
