Whether your father has expired intestate?

1. "IF" the said property is "self-acquired" by Father, THEN "nobody" has any legally claim'able Share of the property, till the Father is alive.
2. IF father dies intestate (without will) THEN all surviving legal heirs /beneficiaries will have EQUAL ratio of ALL the "self-acquired" properties, without any further references, whatsoever.
3. "IF" the said property is "self-acquired" by Father, .AND. Father dies after making his registered Will, THEN the properties will be distributed to the Persons (legal heirs .OR. non-legal heirs) in the ratio mentioned in the will. Here again NOBODY can lawfully "claim" ANY share in the Father's property.
4. "IF" the said property is "N O T" "self-acquired" by Father, THEN all surviving legal heirs /beneficiaries will have EQUAL ratio of ALL the properties "held" by Father, despite existence of Father's Will, without any further references, whatsoever.
