Regarding releaving letter

Sir
I work at Axis bank.And i was selected to HDFC for a better role and designation.I was under a notice period of 90 days.My boss tried to retain me through out these days.And when my relaving date come more closer he is pressuring me to do more business.And if i dont do it,he will not issue me my releaving letter,if he issues it,he wil cut the print out and overwrite in it states that i am unsatisfactory....this is the way he talks to me.

Is he able to do it.If he does so..will it affect me new job.

Really confused and disappointed on this.

Please helpm ne on this...

Don't post Query as anonymous.

Record all threats by Manager (audio/visual/witnessed/minuted). Later it may help you.

Download all of sudden huge increase in targets, nearing LWD.

Download all docs related to Tgt Vs performance,appreciations, HR policy/service rules etc mentioned in appointment letter..........etc now as later you won't get anything.

Sir my boss is doing all these by just words.He is not doing it officially..ie,by mail or written or anything.

He is just impossing much pressure nd harasiing a lot.

What shall i do sir

Always threatening me saying about my releaving letter..

I am having a good perfomance track...i wil collect all those as u said
