Obc non creamy layer query

Hi team ,
my name is sanjeev Kumar my age is 27 and i have applied for NON CREAMY LAYER OBC CERTIFICATE my father is a carpenter and never earned more than annual income of 3 lac/annum but i am working with MNC earning an annual package of 8 lac/annum .. i just want to know am i eligible to acquire a non creamy layer OBC certificate and can avail the benifits of this in UPSC & SSC exam .

if you don't know the answer then please allow other people to respond , because after this reply chances of getting query resolved is so less , please don't take this as disrespect am just asking some help on legal or constitutional thing .

If you do not like the reply from some expert, better while posting query, post choice of experts from whom you want answer and also what answer would be liked by you.

Expert RK Nanda is a Supreme Court lawyer and very senior expert at this forum. Nobody has given you the right to comment on his knowledge while availing free services at this platform.
