Appeal in High Court

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 22 December 2009 This query is : Resolved
Hello Respected Experts !

I would like to know your advice on the following matter:

Wife gets divorce in family court. Now husband wants to appeal in upper/High Court against this judgement. I would like to know what one should write in plea so that husband's application gets accepted in High Court. What are the chances that high court accepts the application and give chance to hear husband?

Thanking You

REGARDING THE HIGH COURT MATTER KINDLY NOTE THAT
1.KINDLY REFER THE JUDGEMENT OF FAMILY COURT

2.CHALLENGE ALL GROUNDS MENTIONED IN JUDGEMENT FOR DIVORCE.

3 DENY ALL CHARGES AND ALLEGATIONS MADE BY OTHER SIDE.

4.KINDLY NOTE THAT CRUELTY, MENTAL TORTURE HARASSMENT, PHYSICAL TORTURE AND INCOME NOT SUFFICIENT FOR FOOD FINANCE AND SAFETY OF OTHER SIDE.,BAD HABBITS OF HUSBAND,DRINKING, SMOKING,EXTRA MARRITAL AFFAIR OF HUSBAND AND SERIOUS ILLNESS OF HUSBAND, CONVICTION OF HUSBAND IN ANY SERIOUS CRIME THESE ARE SOME OF THE GROUNDS FOR DIVORCE, HENCE IN APPEAL DENY ALL ALLEGATIONS AND ALSO MENTION THE CUSTODY OF CHILDREN AND ADVERSE EFFECT ON THEM. ALSO BRING TO THE NOTICE ANY IMPORTANT FACT WHICH WAS NOT CONSIDERED BY LOWER COURT.

THESE ARE BRIEF SUGGESTIONS .ACTUAL APPEAL WILL DEPEND ON THE FACTS AND CIRCUMSTANCES OF EACH MATTER AND JUDGEMENT .PLEASE NOTE

IN CASE YOU NEED ANY FURTHER INFORMATION OR HELP YOU MAY SEND DETAILS OR WRITE OR CALL
WITH BEST REGARDS TO YOU YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
THANKING YOU
YOURS SINCERELY

Without having knowledge of your grounds taken in the family court and the finding of the court, nothing concrete can be suggested to you.

It is advised hereby, appeal actually proffered against the mistakes done by the lower court.Consult with a good family local lawyer with Judgement and Decree.
