Opening wife email without her knowledge

My husband got my email long back ago. Wen there is prob with me He opened my email to took print out of my past lifechat. Is it legal r illegal Wat I shld do now

It is very much legal if he has done so by accessing your e-mail a/c legally.
It is like opening your cupboard when key knew where did you keep the key.

Your question is purely of an academic nature. Is there any reason for putting such a question now for a long back ago incident, when you did not have any objection in sharing nformation of your email box to your husbant at that time by sharing your password with him?

By the way, what was the long back ago date, when the email was opened to take printout?

When U are aware that Ur husband knew UR password when U were together,why didn't U change UR password immediately after separating.Even an illiterate will do it.So purely an academic query.
