Consumer forum got review its order

As per the policy the liability of the Insurance Company is Rs.25,000/- to cover the risk to the account holder of the Bank under personal accident coverage.
But unfortunately the forum directed the Company to pay loan amount of Rs.50,000 together with interest.
Whether the company can move for review it orders

Instead of praying for Review of the judgment go for Revision. Consumer Forums are loath to allow Review.

sir,
The complainant filed to set off loan amount of rs.50,000/- with interest of he deceased account holder
As per the Ext.B-7 policy the liability of the insurance company is Rs.25,000/- But the Forum directed the Company to 50,000/-
whether I can move for review instead of revision

I would prefer appeal.

Rather review or revision only appeal lies in such case so you file an appeal before State Consumer Commission within a limitation of 30 days of pronouncement of order and obtain stay order against execution of impugned order which is a nullity.
