Child visitation violation

Thanks for providing legal aid freely to all needy people.I came to know about this forum with one of my friends.
My wife left my home 5 years ago with my male child about 11 years now.I filled child custody case and got only visiting rights in family court.But in high court i got some part of vacations also along with visiting rights.Also high court while disposing case asked us take help of family court if any violation of the order.
Now since last six months my wife is not bringing my child for visiting rights. Kindly suggest whether i should file an IA under 151 cpc for enforcement or
should i file fresh EP in family court
Or should i go for contempt of court.

What were U doing these 6 long months Sir.When UR wife deviated from the courts U should have brought the matter to the notice of the court.Submit a petition for contempt of court.
