Leasehold property

If a property allotted by govt. on leasehold basis and the same has not yet been mutated till to date amongst legal heirs. Pl. clarify the following:-

1. what is the importance of terms of agreement mentioned in the leasehold property?

2. What will be the implications if allottee or his legal heirs violate the provision mentioned in the lease deed property?

You have to abide by the conditions imposed in the lease deed, if conditions are violated as per the conditions govt., may take decisions.

there can be no agreement without terms and conditions, any violation of the terms and conditions will result in repudiation of contract.

so study the terms and conditions to find out what constitutes violation and implications if any are mentioned there or not.
