Divorce in ghaziabad

Sir,
My marriage was registered in Dehradun in Mar 2014. Now me and my wife mutually want divorce. Can i file for the same in Ghaziabad court which is my home town. Also i would like to know a good family lawyer who can represent both me and my wife. Also what will be the approximate charges and time.

You can file divorce petition at the place where the marriage was performed or where both of you resided together lastly.
