Running away with money and valuables .

I had known a girl who was in relation with me since past an year , my mother had known her as well and had been thinking of marrying her , i had been keeping busy with work , for some dispute in police station and when matter resolved she had absconded with another guy , she had been using my atm's , withdrawing money from them as well as i had been taking care of all her expenses , phone and phone bills , she had been keeping good terms with my mother as well and had many a times borrowed jewellery and all for occassions from my mother , now when i call up , i get to know the number is changed , her address was fake , her family contact details were fake as well , i had got to know via some contacts that she is now going around with some other new guy and previously also she had done the same before me and had ran away with his money as well , i am in a state of shock , what to do ? do i file a case ? or what case do i file

you need to file a complain in near by police station ... do not be scared ... you have to just proof her mode of operation and rest police him self will investigate ...

What do you want from her at this stage? She had befooled you and your mother and achieved her aim. Now why and how shall be available to you? She has rightly searched another prey.
If you are success in obtaining her whereabouts or address or contact lodge police complaint, otherwise digest the loss and forget like a bad dream.
