Dear Hon'ble members,
Can somebody suggest me what are the options available for an individual, who has sought an information under RTI Act and the information provided by PIO is wrong ?

The relevant rule,the authority with complete address - in General Terms -, and the limitation ie in how many days the action can be taken ?

If wrong/incomplete/no information has been supplied by PIO within the stipulated time then the applicant can file appeal to First Appellate Authority of the concerned department within a period of 30 days of the expiry of stipulated period of providing the information by PIO.

You have not mentioned the address of PIO so how can we know the address of his appellate authority?
