Non profit earning unit

can a private limited company declare one of its unit as NON PROFIT EARNING UNIT means directors of that company will not take any share/part from the profit earned by the unit?

What is the aim and object of the company? Is it forming part of memorandum of association and article of association?
You will agree that the concept and basic/ fundamental purpose of "any" business is to earn profit, isn't it?
Show the registration documents to a local lawyer for proper analyzing, evaluating, advise, guidance and proceeding in a professional manner.
