Refund against my booked property

Dear Sir

This is regarding my flat booked with Unitech in Mohali. The possession of the same was due on 28.02.15, but their is no sign of construction from their side. I have visited site many times in last three years but every time they have given one or other excuse. Now I have filled for refund with interest with Unitech but they are not responding to my correspondences through emails.

Kindly advise how to proceed further on this. I am very much frustrated with their attitude and behavior.

send legal notice to them to refund ur booking amount with interest within 1 month time failing which file consumer complaint in CF.

Could you please inform me whom I should approach to send the legal notice. Do I have to take assistance from some lawyer or may send the same myself.

I already have send then numbers of mails to head of regional office, any mail is mentioned on their website and filled an online complaint but have not received any info till date. DO all mail correspondences will be treated as legal documents kater on.

you can directly send a notice to the builder, demanding for advance amount along with interst and costs. It is better to send a legal notice through an advocate.

Consult local lawyer, show him all the papers / documents and emails sent by you. He would send legal notice.

Thanks all for your suggestions and recommendations. I already have sent one notice from my side ad will seek help of some laywer to send the legal notice.
Please suggest if I can file online complaint in consumer forum.
