(Maharashtra Bhumi Abhilekh) which is most important document required for making land NA.
We made application for Urgent measurement (time limit for urgent measurement is 2 months) and ready to pay 3 times normal fee as per government rules.
but as some part of total land is already converted to NA.So as there are total forty numbers of 07/12's of same gat no.it is shocking to me that they are asking for Rs.1000 per 07/12.
Please guide me how to deal with this and whats the real fees for measurement

actual fees for urgent measurement can be found from the collector office . you have to decide whether you want to pay or not

Well advised. Prescribed fee is a must to be paid.

Rs.1000 per 07/12.mean for measurement total fees i have to pay is more than Rs.40,000.00.is it really applicable
