plz refer legal dictonary, u can find in this web only for meaning u asked. Omission of Act is- Act which is not enforcble.
Repeal of act - the Act which is omitted from its enforcment.
enact- Formation of act.
Re-enact- it is revised and edited of previous act as re-enctment.
save as otherwise- say as otherwise.
Without prejudice- without knowing the facts, pre judging it.
Purusant- accordingly, or followup.
