sir, , I, have been kidnapped by alawyer and his criminal friend. after two days they released me,
Thee lawyer and his friend forcede me to sign court stamp paper of rs-20/ and rs50/- on gun point forced me to write on stam paper that I,have received rs-45/- laks from them and I,will pay the amount withen three months time if ifails to pay I,have to regester my only selter, house in thiir name.
thay therten me to kill my son and wife along with my self.
the lawyer said he is the leder of cnaxals.
for save of my life of my family , I,left the house,
I,have purched the house from bank lone, the house is mordgaged with the bank.
advice me what I,will do,

Since this a criminal offence you have to lodge complaint with police and take help of other lawyers.
The lawyers are not above law and they are equally amenable to the rigours of law.

Strange is the story yet believing upon the same, i would say, you need to state the same by an FIR before your concerned police station,on there inaction to SSP and on his failure to concerned Magistrate.

yes I,have informed police about the incident. withacopy of dgp of the state. will police will take legal action against the culprit?
can I,file case against them, out side of state?
will court will provide security?
so that I,may leave in my house?
I,have bank statement that the lawyer has received rs-20 thousand. can I,file case in suprimcourt?
for that I,want legal hegal helf from the csocity?

sir, I,have been supercided for promotion , to the post of accounts officer, my promotion file is pending with the dept.
since31-05-05.
my junior has been promoted, I,have been financialy mentely tortured by the dept.
since my fundamental right has been violated, can I,file writ in suprimcourt?

Your problem is not only curious, but also confusing,because whatever you have explained are not correlated.If what you have mentioned is true and correct, you have to first represent your case with the police and also the human rights commission.AS per your query,if the involvement an Advocate is true complain in the respective Bar Association with valid proofs.This platform has nothing to do with your professional problems.

if police dont take any action on your complaint lodge complaint with magistrate under section 156(3) to direct cops to investigate charge of kidnapping against lawyer and his friend

About your additional information in regard to your kidnapping case, i.e., "I,have informed police about the incident. withacopy of dgp of the state," it seems you have sent your complaint by post, not getting regular FIR registered at the jurisdictional police station. If you prefer to deal with your case only through post, better wait for the response and remind suitably from time to time. Your query here would be justified if you are not able to get some positive response to your problem.
However, Shri Ajay Sethi has advised you prerfectly. So, better if you act accordingly.
