Sir pls tell me is their any law in dv act case that until husband pay all the maintence balance the case will nt proceed further....my dv case is in evidence stage...bt my husband is not paying maintence Balance...members pls help me on dis...

What and how much do you save in SMS language query, which is very difficult to make out your contention?
What does your lawyer plan and advise?

Dear Querist
raise the same question before the trial court. the court have power to direct the opposite party to pay the amount or go to jail if there is any execution application is pending before the court.

Prey the court to order for immediate payment of arrears of maintenance or order for imprisonment if orders not complied.
