Whether your other in law is having a speial interest on one daughter or not, the law says that all the three of them being legal heirs to the deceased are entitled to an equal share in the intestate property. Therefore as a legal heir of your wife, yourself and your children will be jointly entitled to inherit one such equal share out of your your father in law's intestate property that was entitled to your deceased wife.
