A and B enter into registered agreement for sell and irrevocable power of attorney in undivided ancestral property. hence does it now be required by declaratory suit to declared as invalid registered agreement for sell and irrevocable power of attorney. or what else can be done to revoke such registered agreement for sell and irrevocable power of attorney between A and B?. pls guide me.

The co-sharer can sell his undivided share to another person unless and until any restrain order is there is court.

However of excess and is sold then his co shaer can file suit for tis setting aside.

builder with whom such agreement is made has erected the compound and started digging work. how can cosharer make agreement without any specified allocation of land???? and does builder start such building process on proof of agreement to sell??? what are legal remedies to this???

Your information while seeking clarification, is incomplete and in the piece meal information in the subsequent post also you are not coming out with proper details so that a proper opinion can be given. On the basis of information furnished only improper advises can be given.
The information required is:
1)who entered into sale agreement and with whom?
2) Who gave POA to whom?
3)Whether any joint venture agreement or MOU signed with the builder ?
4)Being ancestral property, there would be more co-sharers, so how only A and B alone are selling, what about other co-sharers?
5) What is the case intending to be filed or pending before the court?
Many more information vital to give a proper opinion/advise are essential.
