Advocate fees

I have approached so far 12 different advocates in Hyderabad right from Junior to Senior Advocates and requested them to take their advocate fees through Demand Draft and file my case but no advocate is willing to do so, Since I pay my taxes .If advocate themselves are the biggest evaders of laws including tax laws. It is disgusting for clients and other citizens to be forced to break the laws under pressure from these so called officers of court. In my case I did not budge and I am fighting my case party in person. I feel the supreme court must make it mandatory that all the Lawyers in India must give preference to accept their fees only through Demand Draft/Pay Order/Postal Order and in case they accept the fees through cash issue a receipt and file photo copy of either counter foil/receipt in court along with vakalatnama and if their assets are found to be disproportionate with their known source of income then their bar enrollment must be immediately cancelled and all their assets must be confiscated and strict fines imposed on them.Please give your views on the same.

You could write to Bar Council but I Do not Feel any Action would be taken.As advised Expert Mr.Sudhir Kumar PIL would Fetch a Remedy Not Only For you For Every One.

While Filing a PIL make sure your Incidents need not be Referred and it should be in General if the PIL is filed by you or on your behalf.Or a PIL could be filed by some one else in which what happened to you could be explained.If you your self file a PIL narrating your own happenings it would be Dismissed with Cost.

in Bombay we dont have such problems . advocates are willing to accept demand draft and are willing to give receipt in this regard . if no lawyer is willing to accept DD fight your case in person if you want to do so

Even In Mumbai we could find many Senior Advocates demanding cash in High Courts also.

It is not only Applicable to Advocates Even Chartered Accountants who Guide the ways and there are Clients who wish to Pay only by Cash are also there.Of course a Remedy is Needed for this but Practically it would take decades to be modified.A PIL could be filed for the Purpose of Advocates and out come could be up dated in the same thread and all the best to Author.Whether any one could say there is no Bribe Or Black Money involved in Education From L.K.G.What about Doctors and Hospitals

You may proceed as suggested by experts, however it is surprising that you have approached 12 advocates and none of them accepted DD towards their fees (?)
