respected members my name is nayan ,i have got married in june 2012.it was an arrange marriage. i m living with my father,mother ,brother ,sister in law n two nephew ages 7 yrs n 1 yrs. i m frm a well to do family.i m doing my independent business. since after my marriage my wife is torturing me for no reason n use slang words .after one yr i was so depressed by her that i attempted suicide n was in icu for 5 days,but she havent changed .this yr again
she approached local police station against me my family for filing false case but somehow we managed to escape ,jst few days b4 i became father of a baby but still she is fighting with me n my family members n her family members are giving us warning that if we dnt do wht she says they will approach police station.i dnt know wht to do plz help me with ur suggestions

but will u plz tell me the process to approach the society .on 14 th nov we have planned baby shower of my daughter. my mother in law is also coming.so is that time will be perfect to approach society

You should talk to your in-laws, also call your elders and common family friends for an amicable approach. After the baby it is hoped that the things would improve in next one year. You can also think of living separate from your family.

rajender sir i m really sorry coz in my last enqiry i havw written baby shower it would be naam karan .the baby has already borned. but now the thing is that if thr is no peace relation between me n my wife ,hw can i take a chance of being separation frm my family.

is thr any legal procedure that i can approach to stop them as my wife n her family r giving us warning of approaching police.n as u know law is in favour of women whether the case is true or false.

The marital dispute is always better to resolve within the four corners of wall.
When this can not be done then court is the option which opens several fronts and takes time for disposal.
For the sake of the child reason with your wife and if possible stay separate with her for some time to test water.
