saler not give the possession of sold house

Dear sir,
I had purchase a house in 2012 by executing a sale agreement and let the same house to saler on rent.

Now saler not give the possession as wll as rent to me and also say that I had not executed any sale agreement with you.

House not having NA and Noc.
Saler even not give rent to me and not vacate the house also.

Suggest experts what should I do sothat I get the possession of house?

IS YOUR RENT AGR REGD??

YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR MISTAKE// oR//
You knowingly taken calculated Risk, purchasing tenanted property at lower price..

Legal battle is long & expensive.. Very less chances, if rent act apply....

Prepare yourself for a long litigation and invest considerable time and money. Consult a local lawyer, show him the documents. Discuss the possibility of filing complaint for fraud by giving details to him.

Otherwse, try to have amicable settlement.
