My query was how to sell chocolates with 4-5% alcohol content not 40-50%. Typo error! Kindly suggest!

You will have to obtain the permission of Excise and taxation Department as it contains 40-50% alcohol.

Mr Author here, The question itself is funny, R u a Manufacturer or a retailer? Selling chocolates contening 4-5% Alchohal is not a headache problem. As scientifically every human being gets oxygen respiration naturally from air having 6% in itself, so 3 to 4 % alcohal is helpfull in refreshing mind. Rest, If u r a manufaturer u can follow the advice of Raj mukkud. Sending back to company as other expert says is not effective.
