try 2 make out ur case in the light of sec.14 of limitaion act(as provided in j& K) which says that time period spent in wrong forum is excluded from limitation period but u must convince the court that the ealrier remedy availed by u was not just,proper and appropriate.

Regularisation of alienation under AP Record of rights Act /ROR Act ! - The date of Regularisation and the nature of the decree and the terms of the Compromise decree to be considered !

If it pertains to lands and it is enforeced/implimented before the Revenue Recording Authorities , it appears the Decree is enforced/implimented - patta Mutation effected and yoour possession is recorded ! You have to take in to consideration of all these facts regarding the Decree !

The same quarry had been raised by you various days ago and I had clearly advised you to approach afresh with civil court for the enforcement of your decree but you instead of initiating further have passed your time and have again raised similar quarry. Mr. do something or stop wasting the valuable time of others.
