सर,मेरा नाम निशा है मै राजस्थान से हु मेरे पिता और भाई की मृतियु हो गई है और मेरी माँ दिमागी तौर पर सही नहीं है मरने से पहले मेरे पापा ने एक जमीन मेरे फूफा जी को दिया था और और फूफा से कहा था की ये jamin आप निशा की saadi में इसे दे देना / मेरा फूफा निहायती तौर पर एक लालची इन्सान है पर पारिवारिक दबाव में आकर अब वो jamin मुझे दे रहा हैं मेरा सवाल है

1 उस जमीं के कौन कौन से कागजात मुझे जाच करने होंगे ?
2 क्या उस जमीं की रजिस्ट्री करवानी पड़ेगी ?

३ अगर रजिस्ट्री करवानी पड़े तो रजिस्ट्री के कितने रुपये लगेंगे ?

Nisha it means your father had died intestate and leave behind only you , have your mother and other sibling alive or not , if not then you obtain the legal heir certificate from tehsil ,after obtaining legal heir then go for mutation of it in your favour, it will be done within nominal money .1. if you want to check the paper of that land then check the property is in your fathers name or not , dimensions and area of the property on paper and on ground are same or not , etc .
