Dear experts
My one friend gets married 2 year before with a lady who is basically Indian but stay at abroad since long she come to in india and solemnized marriage with my friend and give promise to my friends she call him abroad after she reach abroad but after going to abroad now she sent a notice from abroad lawyer for divorce now what remedies or legal step available to my friend.
My friend spent lots of money behind her wife's shoping etc.
Please advice.
my friend may file a sue for fraud or for anything else sothat realise his money and now his all life gets spoil.
Before going to abroad after marriage she was pregnant and after going to abroad she done abortion over there.

well better get divorced . if wife does not want to stay with husband and even has aborted un born child without husband permission there is no future in relation ship

why should husband get compensation ? . better settle issue amicably . giver her divorce and move on in life
