Dear Members i send a notice for recovey of amount to NPA account holders, but date in the notice for the payment of amount is wrongly mention back dated. what effect of notice as per law

Notice is not bad merely because of typographical error.
So submit presentation of your repayment plan.

Have you send the notice as lender / banker or on its behalf ?

Consult your legal adviser in case of Banker.

Re-issue fresh notice indicating error in previous one if limitation is not going barred by adopting such process.

1. Are you the A.O. of the lending Bank/Financial Institution or you are the private lender?

2. If you are a private lender, how can your Borrowers account has become NPA as per SARFAESI Act,2002?

3. However, if you are the A.O. of the Bank, withdraw the notice to reissue it properly.
