Hello everybody

My current residence is in North West Delhi . Wanted to know if there is a family court in Rohini or should the custody case be filed at Tis hazari only.

Can somebody also let me know the court numbers

At present 20 Family Courts was established in Delhi. They are as under: -

No. of Family Court

1. Tis Hazari Court 6 + 2 = 8
2. Patiala House Court 6
3. Karkar Dooma Courts 6

Are Child Custody cases in Tis Hazari discussed in any specific court? Once filed what is teh average duration after which it comes up for hearing?

child custody cases are assined in tis hazari by the the department schedule there is no fixed critria.
however there is a court no.12 in tis hazari for the guardianship.
and the period of next hearing also depend upon the dates availability of each court seperatly.

Thanks a lot for your responses.Are there 8 courts for gaurdianship at Tis hazari or only 1 that is court number 12?
