I am From Maharashtra and i want to file PIL in Bombay High Courts for Return land their Original owner on the basis of Due Procedure at the time of Land Acquisition. is it Possible? land acquired in 1975 for Public Purpose.

i think the affected persons have to file proceeding under land acquisition act. Route of PIL is not open.

If the land was acquired for a specific purpose, if that purpose was not fulfilled even after 40 years, the owners can get back their property, through a writ.

when, land acquired by government , all affected persons who related that land is illiterate/uneducated, and they are not alive. Their Legal representative are alive .
no any litigation filled by affected persons .

and I am not affected person.

when i went to Land Acquisition Officer and seek the file,thereafter learned file then these things lack founds in file.

so i request to you please suggest which way for better if.
