dear sir,

I am practice on sales tax matter and appear before the assessing authority for Assessment & before the appellate authority for appeal my question is how much court fee stamp to be affix on the authorization letter or vokalatnama as a authorized person or as a advocate is there is any difference? please clear me.

dear sir,
stamp duty differs state to state. better consult with a local advocate.in vokalatnama, you have to fix a 10rs advocate welfare stamp.
