bond with a company

Dear All
Can anyone Please let me know that under what circumstances does a bond filled with a company break.

I am working with Indigo Airlines, where i have filled a bond of 1yr/1Lac Rs. But the work load is so much that i need to do overtime for more than 90min daily.

Can any one please give me any advice!!

If you are not interested to work with Indigo airlines you can pay the bond amount and ask them to relieve you. otherwise you can pay three months salary to them after giving proper notice to them. see you employment agreement for further details of standard form of contract and their terms and conditions

Having not exmined the nature of the work that will be given to you. You have signed the bond. You can talk to HR and tell the problems and they may sort out the issue. Otherwise give a proper notice and wait for the notice period and quit.

I have heard that if we are forced to work after our scheduled working hours. We can break the bond with the company without any panelty amount. Is it true and valid for my case.

no , in that case you can lodge a complaint in the office of concerned inspector(shops & estab). he will take appropiate action.
