Under SRA SCHEME 33(10)

Respected sir..

If the tenant, stay in Bmc chawl more then 40 yrs, & paid rent taxes to the bmc till 2005.. with facilities of water & electricty.. does they project can go in SRA SCHEME ..
Plz provide me they info with reason.. if yes y?

Can they developr devlop under SRA SCHEME.. without any slum declaration notification.. & the plot of BMC LAND..
