is consent to establish and environment clearance is necessary for constructing a Shopping Mall...when it is approved by DDA.. water and air clearance is also necessary or not.......

No, consent order is not required to establish a shopping mall as normally no discharge takes place from a shopping mall. Nevertheless it is advisable to consult the local laws before starting the activity.

Please go through your sanction order or the licence to construct. In Karnataka it always states that you must separately take clearance from the Pollution Control Board.

You need to take permission. Trade effulant is there or not but, you will need permission. Please chek with the Delhi PCB

Yeah, you will ahve to take some permission and clearance from the concerened offices. it is mandatory for setting up a mall also.

is it necessary to take permission to take permission in delhi when there are food courts and restraurants running in the shopping mall...
