Filing a c.b.i. case

Learned Experts I want to file a complaint regarding a public ltd co with cbi regarding their frauds in filing compliances with RBI.There is no response from RBI sebi roc after complaining.Whether I should directly complain to Cbi or should take court directions and how.Experts who had dealt with CBI could kindly guide Others please excuse.

you can directly file PVT complaint at judicial magistrate or file high court for direction against your complaint.

Should send reminders to RBI or fresh complaint regarding their frauds in filing compliances with RBI.

You can not lodge complaint direct to CBI.

You can file FIR in case of any criminal activity or can lodge complaint u/s 156(3) through court.
