Buying of property

pl help.i am thinking of buying a shop(120 sq ft) in a complex on ground floor.it is located at New Chandrawal,adjacent to kamla nagar,north delhi.i have heard that may be a road will be made connecting kamla nagar and malkagang .the building is on its way.the area is extended lal dora land.what should we do?pl help

Contact local property dealer and local lawyer dealing such cases.

It is not wise to buy it if there is even slight chance for its acquisition.
Go for other place.

Check with the revenue authorities on the status of acquisition, based on their reply, you may decide to buy or not.
