Dear Sir, I have given one shop on rent agreement of 12 months. Now I want to vacate it for my personal use, now tell me the process as my tanent is not agreeing on my request and asking for compansation...Sir I am Mrs.Jayanti Pandey, working as Teacher in Lucknow.

When you are a teacher, how the shop can be for your personal use, as you have stated? Better state the real cause, if you feel that yours is a genuine cause for which support is necessary from experts.
