Sir,

I and my wife are in service we have joint A/c.can my wife claim of Education fee deduction from that a/c.

both account holder give consent before the concern department, otherwise not possible.

It seems, what you want to ask is not represented approroately by your query. A pertinent question arises, what type of joint account, Savings Account, salary account and how the fee can be deducted and by whom directly from the joint account?

Yes the bank which had extended educational loan to your wife, can attach the bank account which is jointly maintained by the wife and husband.
