Transfer of divorce petition filed by husband

Hi,

I am writing this for my friend. My friend's husband has filed a divorce petiotn against her in bangalore. But both are from kerala.ANd she wants to transfer this to kerala.Because she dont have any relatives in bangalore. Her husband was born and bought up in bangalore. But their marriage happened in kerala only. she is also working in bnaglaore. Is there any chance for transfering this to her native.??

she will have to move supreme court for transfer of case to kerala. convenience of wife is taken into account and cases are transferred at wife request

For getting the case transferred to Kerala, Supreme Court has to be approached. It can be allowed as per convenience of wife.
