How to remove new condition from agri property papers

hon sir, i am having agri land in maharashtra on which new condition is applicable, the condition of watan/ land received from king. i want to remove that condition. now a days the zone is became as residential for that particular land, you are requested to guide in for future.

1. After making proper application to the local SDO, you would be required to pay 50 times of the Land Revenue Tax, subsequent to which the "restriction clause" shall be removed and the land will be converted to free-hold.
