The case history needs to be seen. if you see too much delay then go to supreme court and ask for its direction.

Consult your lawyer and show him all the documents.

For any inaction of the police write to higher authorities. If the Society is not observing bye laws / provisions of Act approach the Registrar of Societies.

No body can cause ultimate harm to the truth, may cause hurdles, but willpower and patience can remove such hurdles also.
