dear sir
mere grand father gujar gaye hai unki 15 acre land hai mere 4 mama hai aur meri ma unki 15 acre land hai unone mere ma se "haqq sod patra " liya 5-6 sal pahle unone kaha tha ki tume kuch paise denge lekin unone kuch bhi nahi diya aur abhi wo logo ne land bachi hai to kya ham case file kar sakate hai

Yes you can file a partition suit claiming your legitimate share out of her father's property on the basis of having been deceived by her brothers by not giving her anything either property or in kind or money though they promised to do so. But the burden of proof lies on you.

It is supposed that the grandfather expired intestate, Your mother has not relinquished her rights, suit for partition can be filed.

If you have proofs that they promised certain money, you can claim same provided promise not time barred.

The very proof is that it is your grandfather's property still lying on his name and not partitioned, your mother is one of the legal heirs to your grandfather.
