Information regarding misleading advertisement for job

(Querist) 14 January 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir/Madam
I recently appeared in a teaching job competition examination conducted by Army Welfare Education Society. Their advertisement did not contain any details that the jobs advertise were permanent or contractual. They charged a fees of Rs. 600. Most of the students appeared in their exam knowing that it was for permanent vacancies, But in their result they indicate result for contractual vacancy. After it I felt as I was made fool to pay fees and appear in exam. Now I am feeling as a fool. Pls suggest me what can I do against them for making fool to all aspirants.
Should I file PIL? Pls suggest

Regards
Shankar Dutt

you have paid Rs 600 . for filing PIl you will end up spending more money . if advertisment did not mention any details as to whether permanent jobs were available there is no misleading statements made .

Yes, you can bring them in court but it would be better of you involve any NGO to bear the litigation costs.

It was your mistake of assuming things on your own without clarifying the details. Your statement: "Their advertisement did not contain any details that the jobs advertise were permanent or contractual. They charged a fees of Rs. 600. Most of the students appeared in their exam knowing that it was for permanent vacancies, But in their result they indicate result for contractual vacancy".is very clear that you hurried up in your decision, how can you hold them responsible for your misunderstanding.
