(Querist) 06 January 2014 This query is : Resolved
Respected Members
I purchased one LCD TV the tv has display problems so I lodged a complain, one man came and took several snaps from his mobile and after a few days the service center agreed to replace the LCD but very next day they refused to do so therefore I served CP notice to the Shop, Service center and to company's given address on their booklet, there are three address in the booklet but surprisingly all the three Notice returned with a remark "Address is insufficient' than I searched address on the net same thing happened but the Shopkeeper and the service center received the notice. NOW please guide me what can I do for the false address given by the company on their booklet.

Thanking you in anticipation.

You make party on these addresses only. The Forum can direct you in hearing to make paper publication. After all you are giving their published address only.

The manufacturer, supplier and seller are the necessary parties. Names/addresses can be traced/found out and mentioned in the complaint.

Search the name and address through some other dealer and submit.

The addresses printed n the brochure or the packing will be enough to be quoted as address of the respondents, in case of return on the next time, you may seek substitute service of summons.

You can make them as parties to the consumer case, quote the address which they have provided you in their bill, booklet etc.
