dear friend llb from out of india like america canada is eligible to practice in india if not then how is it possible for gandhi ji

dear The Advocates Act came into existence in the year 1961.

Gandhian era was different.

India was a British colony then.

No candidate having LLb degree from out of India is not eligible for practice in India.
